Jumping A Dress Size
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hi beautiful people
I feel like every month i jump a dress size in the middle of my period cycle (anywhere between day 10 to 15). Does anyone else experience this ? I look pregnant and after day one of my periods im back to normal until day 10 to 15 when it starts again. Its so frustrating and depressing

I'm right there with you. I hate it. It's like I'm pregnant and have gained 20lbs over night. This could last for up to 2 weeks, if not longer!!

I experience the same thing. I literally just out of my clothes, feel extremely uncomfortable and don't know what to wear to work. It makes me feel very depressed....

i have changed my diet to whole30 and also taking Chinese herbs and acupuncture - that has helped my endo belly go down a lot.
