Tiredness And Nausea Advice
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

Has anyone got advice on how to combat tiredness and nausea? I’m getting bloods done on Thursday, but they’ve never shown anything adverse in the past.

Magnesium, Iron and Natural Progestrone Cream has been a huge game changer for me!!! I highly recommend ALL, along with an AIP/Vegan/Sugar Free Diet. My period pain has gone from a 12 to 2 in a matter of 60 days or so.

Have them check your magnesium levels with the blood work, too. A magnesium supplement can do wonders.

I find ginger really helps with my nausea during my period and at other times too, I tend to get the stem ginger sweets from Holland and Barrett as they’re really strong!
