Hi! I just had to fast (food+water) before the surgery. I dont recall how long, but at least six hours.

Hi! I had mine three weeks ago i just had to fast food and water 6 hours pre op.
Remembering my op ten years ago wjen i had my appendix out and struggling with bowel issues post this time round i just made sure my bowels were opening regular the days leading up :)

I did that for my colonoscopy & I hate that. I threw up but continued on. Thank you.

When i had my lap last month i had to do a bowel prep *magnesium citrate) and be on a clear liquid diet the day prior
