Hiiii β™‘

I am a month after excision and feeling good except I still can't lay on my belly and my belly button (underneath it, I'm guessing) hurts a lot. It looks like it is healing well, but the pain is pretty strong. I am wondering if I'm walking too much? It started hurting after river tubing on Sunday.

Has anyone experienced this?

Thanks in advance πŸ’›πŸ˜˜

If in doubt , don't hesitate to call your surgeon's office. They will let you know.
Sorry can't comment on the belly button as I had robotic surgery with a C section like scar for my hysterectomy.

Maybe rest a bit more - don't rush things....

I'm about a month and a half post-surgery and I stopped having pain at my excision sites awhile ago. I think that it's probably a sign you need to take it easy :(

This is so helpful! I'll try to calm thyself on being adventurous physically, hug my heating pad and google pelvic floor physical therapy (I have no idea what that is). Thank you 😊
