Yes. Its a Dissolving pill you can get from Walmart or your local store that can help with the restless leg.
Are you sure you’re having headaches? Is it your eye or one side of your face? If so, you can go to the doctor and they’ll prescribe you medicine if Excedrin or Tylenol doesn’t help

Some times low potassium makes your legs restless. My grandmother had horrible restless legs she ended up with low potassium and found taking it, reduced her symptoms. I'm not a doctor so I cant reccomend suppliments but if you can tolerate foods that are high in potassium calcium and magnesium you could try that route. Those are the three big vitamins that contribute to cramping and muscle issues. I would shoot for a week before your period start upping your intake of those foods. It's a relatively harmless route to try first but definitely run it by a doctor if you're on a lot of medications you never know what will interact. I hope you find some relief!

hi! I get restless leg all the time during my flares (I don't get periods anymore). I find that if i'm more hydrated the restless leg subsides so I try to be as hydrated as I can throughout the day in general, but also if I know a flare is coming on. If it hits (when it hits) I find that a TENS unit can help. They have suggestions for where to put the pads on specifically for restless leg. Good Luck!!
