I had laparoscopic surgery to remove stage II endometriosis two months ago. Before surgery, my cycles were 24-27 days long with spotting starting 5-7 days before CD1. My period started the day before surgery and my next one didn’t start for another 29 days, with only 3 days of spotting beforehand. 29 days was a bit longer than normal but I expected it to be a little unique, being the first period since surgery.
