Yes, Mine as well. I just thought it was due to the many years I was on the Lupron and Depo shots. Anyone else out there know why this happens?

I thought I was the only one as well. I've been having the same pain as well. I wen't to see my Dr. and he told me it might be arthritis. To take Ibuproffein or Aleve. Has not worked tho. Going for a second opinion.

Oh and if you can find it have access to one an Infrared Sauna is amazing! The heat goes deeper for all over relief, plus it can help your body detox things that might be contributing to pain

Hi, you're definitely not alone. In my research I've learned that all the inflammation Endo causes in our bodies will irritate, put pressure on, and even potentially damage nerves. Nerve clusters and nerve endings around joints are especially painful for me and once I looked at a map of the nervous system it made allot more sense. I consistently have bad lower back and hip bone pain and when it's really bad I feel an intense ache in my knees and sometimes they go weak and I can't walk. It can be debilitating and I even had a doctor rule out MS before my Endo diagnosis. Biggest things that can help are anti-inflammatory diet and herbal support like turmeric, ginger, green tea, and I'm still exploring other natural remedies that support a healthy nervous system. Avoiding or calming stress response can also keep inflammation down. When my legs are bad I take hot epsom salt baths and that helps temporarily. I find a weighted blanket can sometimes help because the deep pressure can calm muscle spasms and ache. Restless leg syndrome is also more common among women with Endo. And of course Naproxen or Aleve but that only does so much. Meanwhile I'm starting physical therapy to improve posture and mobility because I have sacroiliac joint dysfunction. That's at the bottom of the spine when it meets your pelvis on the left and right which feels like lower back and hip pain.
I hope some of this can be helpful! Hang in there
