I think I am close to ovulation and I am experiencing lots of left pelvic/ribcage/back/hip and leg pain. I have had diarrhea twice today and feel so exhausted. I really don’t know if I should go ahead and go through with the laparoscopic procedure. I have SIBO and have been healing from gastritis and I am on a diet for both. but this deep pelvic pain feels awful. Anyone else feel similar during ovulation?

Hi Melanie, I have simulate symptoms during ovulation. I had excision surgery in April and it has helped my pain. I still feel symptoms during ovulation, but they are so much better and more manageable. I have also had SIBO, I know it’s frustrating especially on top of the pain. I hope you get some relief soon.
