I had chocolate cysts removed before and the ultrasound never said septation and debri. My fallopian tubes removed because they were adhered to my colon. Has anyone dealt with different types of cysts then the normal chocolate cysts ? Is this just the type of language they are using today with cysts? When do you decide to remove the ovaries ?
