Yes I did. I had PCOS, Endo with lesions and fibroids. I didn't believe that I was pregnant for a couple of months because I had a 'period'. I got lucky and had a boy and years later had a girl. I believe my C-section absolutely made my endometriosis spread quickly. Wouldn't change what I did, that was the only way she was coming out. Almost 2 feet long and just shy of lbs. . I hope that your wishes come true.

I didn't have active ovarian cysts.
I had my cyst removed with a right ovarian cystectomy which is done laparoscopically and that is how my Stage IV Endometriosis was discovered and diagnosed. While having that surgery, my Endo was cauterized however I was told there was Endo left behind that was too deep to reach. That was in Feb. 2019. Then in October 2019, I had another surgery to remove Endo from my pelvic area. Dec.2019, put on Depo Provera to control the growth of Endo.
Sometime after that, I was told to have a baby and then a hysterectomy because my only chance at having a child was then and as I aged things will become more grim. Fast forwarding to Dec. 2021, I became pregnant to my surprise.
