Yes, you can depending on your stage of endometriosis. I had an excision surgery in 2020 and was able to conceive in 2021 and had my baby girl in 2022.

It is about 8 cm in right overy and 5 cm in left .. but it removed by laproscopy .. last year .but Dr. Is trying with iui ..
