Has anyone got one ovary removed did it help your pain?

All my pain comes from my super adhesive right ovary that’s covered in adhesions. I had a 5 cm ovarian simple cyst and I’ve had sm cysts on that side I’ve tried slynd birth control to stop the cysts but they won’t. If anyone has had experience lmk.

Yes, and it did not help or atop the pain, cramps or endo from spreading...
