I tried for a year without success, then had an endometrial ablation (removal of endometrial tissue laparoscopically) with chromotubation (where they rinse through the fallopian tubes to show they're clear). My doc specifically said that immediately after that procedure was my best window. I was instructed to let one normal cycle happen, then try. Boom. Pregnant. 1st child. 2 years later, same thing. Tried for a year with zero luck. Ablation plus chromotubation. One normal cycle, then try for pregnancy, instantly pregnant again with my 2nd. Good luck! It's totally possible.

I had a successful pregnancy (after many failed ones) to my beautiful, now 5 year old, boy after my laproscopic surgery 6 years ago 🙂
