Yoga!! Yoga has been the answer to all my endo pains it relaxes me too mainly. Also swimming is great because its not heavy on the body. Even some light aqua aerobics. Nothing to lively take excercise nice and slowly!

I am a yoga teacher and my doctor told me to do Tai Chi to start after continued debilitating pelvic pain months post surgery. I can see why now, it is slow and works your abdominals and body in a slow easy way. of course I recommend yoga, but if you think it is too ambitious, go with Tai chi (note, you may be by far the youngest one there;) )

It is not about pushing through pain, be kind and gentle with yourself and enjoy! The suggestions given above are also great, find what works for you.

For me, it has been hard dealing with not being able to do the activities I once did and working from this messed up new normal.

Yoga helps some, everyones limits are different tho so push yourself as far as your body lets you! Just start off easy!

Yoga, walking, swimming, pilates. If you can find a good group exercise class with the right exercise teacher, don't rule that out. Just talk with the teacher before. I attend a class called Boot Camp regularly.

You can do any kind of exercise within reason. If it's something your body isn't used to, you have to start out light. You could try aqua zumba, walking, lifting hand weights, using the ellipitcal, or stationary bike. You have to find what works best for you within reason of your capabilities.
