I had my excision surgery in mid April, I had 2 days of bleeding after surgery, then nothing. I was on BC for 2 months before and 1 month after surgery, but I'm now very late for my period, and I didn't even have any bleeding when I stopped taking my pill like I have had before surgery when I forgot to take it...something doesn't seem right. I plan to call my dr later this week, but have any of y'all had anything similar?
Yes. My dr cleaned me out so good after surgery once that i didnt have a period for a few months
I was bleeding for 6 months after surgery and when i asked if its normal they said yes.
Surgery can mess with your cycle at the best of times. Sometimes it can take a little time to return to normal following surgery. If you're concerned, mention it at your post-op follow-up. I'd personally try to enjoy the lack of a period while it lasts!

I had all the symptoms(cramps etc) of a period after my surgery but no actual period.
