I had my doctor lower my dosage on my birth control pills. I switched to Gluten Free to help with the migraines. I eat red meat only 1 time every 3 weeks. It is hard to change my eating habits but I gained 39 lbs in 3 years on the birth control pill. I am hoping this works for me. I have seen videos of woman with Endometriosis going Vegan and being pain free. I hope this will be me.

I gained two stone while on desogestrel. Since I had to stop taking the contraceptives I have lost 3lbs.i don't want to take any more contraceptives as it means I might put that weight back on and more. Which won't help my back ache which is not caused by the endometriosis
