For the last couple years I’ve experienced a stabbing pain always in the lower right quadrant area (back side). I only feel it when laying on my left side. Does anyone experience this? Could it be the Endo?

I do on my right side but in the front & more so if I have slept on that side for too long. My gyno said it’s probably scar tissue after a myomectomy I had to remove anything endo related.

Could be, I’ve had two laparoscopies and they found adhesions all the way up to my liver.
