I do on my right side but in the front & more so if I have slept on that side for too long. My gyno said it’s probably scar tissue after a myomectomy I had to remove anything endo related.

Could be, I’ve had two laparoscopies and they found adhesions all the way up to my liver.

Im wondering the same... i could have wrote this question...although mines at front between hips its sooo much worse to my left. Wonndeeing same
