I had a hysterectomy and had relief for about a year and a half but unfortunately it’s back. Hysterectomy is not a cure but can aid in relief of pain symptoms. Nancy Nooks FB is a good information source if your not already apart of their group.

I had one and it helped for a while but the endo did come back and I have had 3 surgeries since the hysterectomy and am scheduling another with a new doctor in January and hopeful that this time it is much more successful! Good luck!

I also had a hysterectomy 2 years ago. (ovaries and all gone). My endo was found incidentally, but explained the constant pain over 17 years (diagnosed with IBS and then gaslit). Most of those symptoms disappeared but are returning. My bloodwork is all wonky too. they had left endo spots on my intestines, but no doubt there is something weird going on.
but it does come back after hysterectomy (it produces its own estrogen).

I'm going through the same thing. I could try another type of birth control, get yet another d&c (which only seems to last 1-2yrs), or get a hysterectomy. Sorry, I know that is not an answer for you, but I understand what you are going through
