Members shared their recovery experiences after excision surgery and ovary removal, with most describing noticeable improvement within one to two weeks despite initial discomfort. Several members mentioned managing pain sensitivity by gradually reducing medication after the first difficult week, relying on Tylenol and ibuprofen instead of stronger prescriptions, and listening carefully to their bodies as they healed. A recurring theme was the importance of patience during recovery, trusting the process, and leaning on faith and community support while adjusting to post-surgical sensations.

I'm glad you're listening to your body and trusting in the healing process! One day at a time. 🤗 Keep resting and allowing yourself to take time to fully recover!

Thanks so much. Just over 3 wks post op from surgery. Still need to take tylenol and ibuprofen. My body definitely tells me when its too much. Then I get a burning pain in pelvic area. God has my back. He is what keeps me going everyday. When I start to get down I need to focus on God. I know he loves me very much and wont let me down. Continue prayers and I pray for everyone going thru this disease and worse.
