Pain During And After Sex
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hi everyone, I lost my virginity on Saturday night when a little drunk and told him to wear a condom which he did and before we had sex he asked if he could try without a condom for a few seconds which I said was fine but he never told me he kept the condom off for the rest of the time as i was drunk and didn't know until I asked him last night and he left it off but never finished in me
So, anyway, the whole entire time it was very painful and when I wear tampons it's always painful and… read more

Has Anyone Ever Tried The Newest Mini Pill, Slynd ?
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I tried 3 IUDs and my body rejected all 3; then tried Norethrindrone and I hated it . My weight changed for the worse and it effected my mood. So I stopped . My doc told me about a newer pill called Slynd . Wondering if anyone else has had experience with this ?

You're most welcome. Incidentally, I'm not sure where you are in your endo journey. Birth control can help, but really they just mask symptoms. It's important that your doctor tell you that it doesn't… read more

Yes I was talking a low estrogen pill orally, it made everything so much worse than it would have been if I was just using my progesterone implant. The implant wasn’t controlling my bleeding so we… read more

Endometriosis Or Adenomyosis?
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I'm 17 years old right now and have been dealing with chronic pain(abdominal and migraines) since I was 12. It started with dually migraines and then went into daily nausea. I went to every odctot possible and they couldnt figure out what it was. I have been in the ER too often to count. Pain During And After Sex Question
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hello! I'm new on here :) so lately I've been having a lot of pain after sex and some pain during sex (only when I'm on top though) sorry TMI! I don't have any bleeding but I think thats probably because I've been on the depo for over a year. I'm stopping that next week though when it runs out. I'm having my first laparoscopy on Thursday so my question is, will the laparoscopy improve the painful sex thing do you think? Anyone have any experience with this?

Thanks! xx

A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I was ttc for some time without any luck so I went to my gynaecologist who done some scans and suspected endo so I had keyhole surgery to remove very mild endo in Oct 2022, After my surgery My partner and I split up due to some personal issues, We recently got back together after realising we love each other and want to try for a baby next year when the time is right, I went for a scan with my gynaecologist and he suspects mild endo is back due to some cysts on left ovary, He has advised me to… read more
