Lupron is awful. Made me feel like I was dying. It made me worse before better and "better" was still awful. I wouldn't give Lupron to my worst enemy.

Treatments I have tried: birth control: necon, low estrin, ortho evra patch. Lupron depot plus add back, Depo-Provera shots, aygestin, necon + femara, aygestin + femara. Currently just on aygestin.

I want to add though, just because a lot of people report negative side effects taking Lupron (like I did), doesn't mean you will too. It could work for you. Everyone is different. When I took Lupron I had to take add back therapy daily, plus 1500mg calcium and vitamin D (I don't remember how much vit D).

I refused to take Lupron because of all the horror stories i heard . I suffered until i couldn’t take it anymore and had total open hysterectomy 2/6/2019 .

Hopefully i’m responding correctly. I have mild pain by my belly button after the surgery nothing i think isn’t normal post surgery. Right i don’t get the full story until my post op appt on the 12th of march.

Did you call your doctor yet to give him/her updates?
