If so, do you think 1 condition can flare up the other and ideas of causes and/or best ways to manage flare-ups and symptoms?
I have both. And yes I do believe the flare ups overlap/combine.
I am new to this and have been going to doctors with pain since January this year. I finally was referred and went to my OBGYN in July. She diagnosed me with Endo and said to take constant contraceptive pills for 6 months to try to manage the pain. So far I'm only 7 weeks into the 6 months and I'm struggling with the pain more and more each day. It's effecting my work and my relationship and I don't really understand enough about the diagnosis yet. Should I still wait it out and go back in… read more

Yes I have felt this before a lot and not preggers.
I just had sex for the third time ever but for the second and third time, I felt a sharp pain shoot from my butt and lower back. I didn’t feel the pain in my lower abdomen though. The pain was worse off when doing the doggy style. Is this normal during the first times you have sex or I actually have endometriosis.
I have had a laparoscopy and I feel the same way. Doggy Style is a hell no because it hurts so badly. The only way I can do it without pain is on my back and I have to take it slow at first no matter… read more

Hi all,
Don't know if I just need to vent but some advice would be appreciated too. I had my third Laparscopy towards the end of May this year. The removed endo from the Pouch of Douglas and Pelvic Wall. I had two full weeks where I felt "periody" and had PMS bloating, moods, cramps etc. I finally… read more
If I'm honest I felt no relief from having a laparoscopy, I felt like my nerve endings were just on fire and it just allowed it to run rampant. UCLH referred to my pouch of diagnosis as an obliterated… read more

I get waves of nausea A LOT. I vomit sometimes, but mostly it is just nausea. Sometimes it comes with an ovarian cyst, but sometimes not. My first doctor said it was common with endo. My current doctor insists that it is not a symptom of endo. She made me see a gi doctor for it, who seemed to think it was all in my head. :( Is there anyone else who gets nauseous even when they are not in much pain?
YES, I have this issue ALL THE TIME!!! My doctors say its common with endo. I hate it (I have no life and sometimes scared to do anything just incase the symptoms start). I also went to see a GI for… read more
