I am currently a stage 4 endo sufferer who has had more than her share of surgeries (including partial hysterectomy, appendectomy, ovary removal, etc. all for endo). I have been experiencing a lot of shoulder blade pain the last few years...I have not injured myself but if flares up like a burning sensation usually around ovulation and period time. I am currently on Visanne and have been for three years. My new family doctor recently told me that there has only been studies of people on Visanne for a period of about 2 years. It can apparently cause osteoporosis, and that has me a little freaked out. However, this is the only thing that has helped me at all. I have never had a lap or anything like that done. Has anyone experimented with all natural remedies or essential oils and successfully lowered their pain levels?

I just got diagnosed with this along with PCOS in March of 2017, I got put on birth control pills to control the pain & stop my periods so the cysts can dry out because they were growing too big.
