If so, do you think 1 condition can flare up the other and ideas of causes and/or best ways to manage flare-ups and symptoms?
I have both. And yes I do believe the flare ups overlap/combine.
I just had sex for the third time ever but for the second and third time, I felt a sharp pain shoot from my butt and lower back. I didn’t feel the pain in my lower abdomen though. The pain was worse off when doing the doggy style. Is this normal during the first times you have sex or I actually have endometriosis.

Has anyone experienced weight gain as a symptom of endo?
I’m off all hormonal birth control and I’ve gained 30lb the last two years. I want to say the main contributors are being less active & also a hormone imbalance? Ugh

At the end of August there is a retreat I want to take but that is a right around the time my period usually is. It's a woman's only Retreat so I would not be going up with my husband. I would be camping for that weekend. I don't want to let endow ruin this for me but I want to feel secure with going before I pay for it. Any suggestions on how I could make a trip like that more Endo friendly?

Does anyone else get hot flashes along with their endo?? I don't know if it's a low grade fever or not, but the best way I can explain it is like I'll get this sudden like burning up feeling, without sweating.

I've never posted here before but I'm feeling stressed out with trying to conceive and worrying I've got endo like my mum. I have not had an official diagnosis but my gynaecologist says it sounds like I do have it. My mum went her whole life without an official diagnosis and they only found it when they removed her ovaries due to ovarian cancer risk. She had heaps of endo and sticky cysts everywhere.
