Hi, I know this has been asked. But what if I'm on no official treatment. I use herbal & vitamins to help me with my Endo. I've been trying to lose weight for a long time, I just can't seem to get there. I walk everyday, when i can i do Pilates. My job is mostly full on, and I already struggle a lot with fatigue. Is there any advice on what i should add to my routine, something to help with losing the weight?

Need a new Dr ASAP mine retired! Starting this new FDA treatment with a woman’s health trial and need a DR to just check in with if needed. Excited that this may be the treatment to end the pain! My friend is doing it and it’s “Miracle” according to her will update everyone;)
