Since I have been diagnosed with endometriosis 6 years back in have been struggling with viginal yeast/infection, what can I try or should I rather see a urologist please help!
I am going through the same. š
Iāve been on Seasonale birth control now since beginning of October and so far I think itās helped quite a bit but I still get the hormonal symptoms (and PMDD) anytime my hormones fluctuate such as ovulation time and 10-14 days before my period starts. The fluoxetine (generic of Prozac, 30mg) everyday has finally been kicking in and helping with a lot of symptoms. Not 100% but a good chunk and helps me feel a wee bit more ānormalā. The Ativan has been helping the panic attacks but the panicā¦ read more
Just wanted to say that I feel you! My endo pain level is directly correlated with all sorts of other awful symptoms, like ones you've mentioned and unexplained weight gain, but one doctor told meā¦ read more
I only have endo pain when i am not on birth control pills. Also I have never been able to have sex because the pain is too excruciating for me. Im not sure if that will help to answer the question but i tried :p
Absolutely I had very mild pain while on birth control. The excruciating pain honestly didn't start until right before I got my tubes tied. They found my Endo then and when burnt off and was pain freeā¦ read more
Not every day,but most of the week i wake up several times during the night/morning soaked in sweat. I mean my hair, clothes everything are soaked and my room is freezing?!?!? Its the most horrible feeling. My doctors don't know what's causing it. I read online it could be hormonal problems. Just hoping maybe someone else experienced it so i can make some sense to my doctor.
I think in your case itās hormones. For me I have that when I ate sugar the day before weird haš
Hey ladies, I've been experimenting with every type of birthcontrol/hormone treatment (depo,nuva-ring, the pill, visanne) since I've been diagnosed with endo. But I'm considering stopping the hormones, Because
ā¢ I cry all the time (so emotional) (ive been crying about everything.. Everything!)
ā¢the depo (currently on) makes me throw up everything I eat. Visanne did the same
ā¢ have no patience anymore.
ā¢get stressed so much faster and I can't let things go.

I had surgery for endo 5 years ago. It wasn't by a true endo specialist, but she was pretty good and a lot of the severe pain went away. It's gotten worse over time, but I'm doing okay. I have flare-ups that are bad (not always related to my period) but I also have times when I'm doing pretty well. I do have a pretty constant pulling on my right side, though.
My worse symptom currently is hormonal. I have horrible pmdd/depression. I get my period every three weeks.
I am currentlyā¦ read more
Thanks! Yeah, it's more hormonal, but I can't be on any hormones, so really there's nothing to control it. :(
Hello,
I am very recently diagnosed (under a week ago). I am wondering if light headedness is a common symptom and feeling quite faint? I have 2 cysts and they are quite large. I am seeing a gyno next week and expecting she will recommend surgery. I eat very healthy and drink enough, but do feel quite dizzy all the time. I am wondering if this is possibly feeling quite anxious about it also.
Thanks so much :) Hugs to all.
Thank you! Previous birth control switches definitely had that impact on me as well.
Does anyone suffer from anxiety and depression as well- stemming from endo?
I personally have noticed if I am not working on eating healthy and doing physical therapy or yoga . My anxiety gets worse as well as my depression.

I have endometriosis of the uterus
I had a total hysterectomy about two years ago, but still have both my ovaries. The pain relief was great, especially because I had adenomyosis as well. Iāve been having a lot of hormone issues againā¦ read more
I'm 45, and for the last two years, I've been experiencing surges of anxiety, cramping, and a general feeling of illness during ovulation. Today, I woke up and shortly after felt a feeling of dread and fear, similar to a panic attack. I've been pelvic cramping all day, and not just a twinge in my ovary like mittelschmerz. I had a pelvic ultrasound two weeks ago and it was all normal. I don't know what hormone is causing this, but I wish doctors would test for it to determine the best course ofā¦ read more
