Hi everyone! I am 25 and have learnt i have endometrioma in my left ovarian (4cm) and high CA125 level, my doctor wants me on Visanne. I have read so many side effects and therefore i couldnt dare taking Visanne.. I am on Yasmin contraceptive pill instead. I get waves of nausea A LOT. I vomit sometimes, but mostly it is just nausea. Sometimes it comes with an ovarian cyst, but sometimes not. My first doctor said it was common with endo. My current doctor insists that it is not a symptom of endo. She made me see a gi doctor for it, who seemed to think it was all in my head. :( Is there anyone else who gets nauseous even when they are not in much pain?

After going to an MRI my doctor confirmed the presence of a chocolate cyst around 5.5cm (left ovary) and one of 2cm (right ovary). He decided to give me the combined pills (Levonorgestrel/ethinylestradiol; 0.10mg/0.02mg) and he said to me that I should come back in a month to see if the cyst shrank or not, if not then he would recommend a surgery for removing only the big cyst.
