I had an partial hysterectomy on 2-2 this year( I still have my ovarys and they removed endometrial tissue) but I took off my hormonal patch last week and now I have my ‘menstruation’ well it still hurts in my belly and the area around my anus. I'm relatively good at identifying when it's a migraine but esp when I'm approaching my period I can get headaches that last hours or a whole day and don't feel like migraines.

I was put on progesterone pills in 2015 for endo. I had to get off the pills because I got a chronic migraine that lasted 3 months. Around the same time I was diagnosed with POTS and Sjogrens (an autoimmune disorder). Now, I get migraines multiple times a week.
Dr. wants to do Mirena IUD. I've never had an IUD.
