I have sever Endo and I Had 3 times Laparoscopy I was on medication name Orilissa for 1 year , I am 40
Have no kids and no plan to have kid. Any one recommending birth control . I have cramps and pain constantly and just find out that I have on right Ovaries Cyst . Hopefully , birth control can reduce my pain and cyst .

I was diagnosed with endo at the beginning of this year and had op shortly after. My consultant wanted me to have mirena coil but after reading up on side effects and stories from friends and on forums I chose not to have it and try pill. I have tried 2 different ones so far neither of which were any good for me with the latter making my mood swings intolerable for everyone around me. I was diagnosed with endometriosis in January 2016 after undergoing a larapscopy. I was told very little following the surgery about how much was found and where other they had removed it from my right ovary which was double the size of my left one. I was pain free for a couple of months but then the pain started coming back and pain wise I am back to square one with pain on my left being just as bad as it had been on my right (before op the right ovary was a lot more painful). I am on day 3 of my bleed and thankfully am feeling better today, but Wednesday was ROUGH. It was the worst flare I've had in a while tbh...wondering if anyone else is experiencing more pain right now. Perhaps there is a connection with the intense eclipse season and Mercury Rx...

I have been on visanne for 2 years. The last 2 days in the mornings I have had the dark brownish discharge and today I'm getting some bad cramping.

This is my first time here and first post so bear with me. Since this past January, my endometriosis has reached new levels including chronic lower back pain, nausea and now panic attacks and anxiety. I never dealt with panic attacks or anxiety before, wondering if it’s endo related? I really feel the panic attacks (most at night) around ovulation and right before my period starts. Details included (sorry) .. urgent! Hi!
I was wondering if anyone else got back pain during ovulation. It kind of feels like sciatic pain in my lower back, i’ll get twinges once in a while and spasm when lying flat. I usually get bad back pain on my period but since I got laparoscopy 2 1/2 months ago I notice it during ovulation. I still am getting ovulation cramps/ soreness too. Can anyone else relate?

How long were you on meds before your doctor decided to do a laparoscopy? My gyn wants to put me on orlissa or bc for 6months to a year before doing a laparoscopy? Do you find that to be typical?
