Do you drink alcohol? Do you avoid alcohol? Does it make your symptoms worse?

I have been asked if I want to be apart of this research study. I am needing help with deciding what to do. I am he's aren't because o don't know to much about it and I am just getting more confused the more I try to resurch.

The fatigue I'm referring too isn't a normal kind of fatigue there are times I won't wake up till my body allows me too, I get very sleepy during the day and get leg weakness and fall I also get an unsteady gait this happens before ,during and after TTOTM.
I have stage 4 endometriosis awaiting surgery to remove bowel endometriosis nodule.

If you go for a hysterectomy will it possible get rid off all the endometriosis or most of the horrible symptoms

Hi everyone, I just got diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis, and I'm trying to get pregnant. So, I'm looking for the most skilled and experienced gynecologic surgeon in San Francisco Bay area or Boston area. I'd appreciate any resources or suggestions on gyn surgeons with experience -performed many surgeries for severe endometriosis. Thanks for any info!

Currently on day 14, and it doesn’t seem to be slowing. Wondering how long is too long?

I used to sleep great, but when I start getting endo pain I have a hard time staying asleep. If the tiniest thing wakes me up, that's it, I'm awake. If I take something before bed it wears off before it can help. And I don't always have an opportunity for a nap later in my day. Has anyone found a way to get restful, restorative sleep? Only getting 6 hours of sleep a night almost every night is really wearing me down.

I was curious if anyone else has ever noticed exercise helps symptoms? I was doing CrossFit regularly and I noticed my cramping, spot bleeding, pms symptoms subside. I noticed when I am heavily stressed they come full force. But doing intense exercise did the reverse.

Endo needs to be removed deep and wide by the excision technique. Not every OBGYN knows how. When it's done correctly the Endo has a very small chance of returning. Call one of these Surgeons and take care of yourself. If it's not possible to see one of these surgeons, still call and they can recommend a quality surgeon near you , who can give you good care.

Anyone else suffering from crippling anxiety due to endo? After a few bad doctors appts i started having anxiety before appts, to the point that i would be physically ill. But then i started having frequent cyst ruptures and now i struggle SO MUCH. i quit my job, i dont like to travel more than like 10 minutes from my house, i can't watch tv shows/videos dealing with people who are sick or having surgery.
