Hi all. Just wondering if anyone knows if it is safe to get a massage 2 weeks after hysterectomy? My neck and shoulders are so sore and I feel like it could help but not sure if it is safe or if it will make me feel worse.

I have had my period for 11 days now which I know is probably normal for many if you, but for me is very unusual. Though I have struggled with painful, fast and furious periods for as long as I can remember, they usually only last for 6 days maximum. So I recently went to the er about two months ago for severe pain that I thought was appendicitis. The doctors thought I had an ovarian cyst and had me do an internal ultrasound. They didn't find anything wrong, but all of my symptoms were symptoms of cysts. I felt so lost. I usually take kratom for my pain to stay away from over the counter pain meds or opiods. Anyone else take kratom and have advice on when to start again??

Has anyone heard of this and or used it for treatment. ??
