My doctor at school suggested that one but my doctor back home said it's only good for people who've have children. Anyone have experience with the mirena?

My daughter has endo and has had 3 laps and is not getting any better. We located Dr. Robbins and she is scheduled for surgery with him next week. I am thrilled beyond words.. however, her father would like for me to ask if anyone has had any experience with him.. I thank you in advance for any information!

Any one take it and get pregnant with it ? I read that “visanne” stop the ovulation is that right ?

Awaiting cycle day one after Laparoscopy two weeks prior.

How do you know when and if your endo has spread. I know this may he a stupid question. But my doctors are not very helpful and told me i was over reacting for years until finally being diagnosed in august last year after having a laparoscopy. I Have constant back pain. Pain after and during intercourse. Groin pain but this comes an goes. An frequent period like pain. ( im currently on the artificial menopause injections GNrH)

I haven't been formally diagnosed, but I have a 2cm endometria on my left ovary. I'm on continuous oral birth control (skipping the placebos and my cycle) so it can't be that
It gets worse each week in duration and intensity and has been this way since October. it started with some random spikes of pain at like a 5 but now is nearly constant at a 7. All I can find is that endometriosis pain usually increases in one's cycle (but then decreases) or that its a slow progression. I'm really scared… read more

Hi all.

I'm hoping it's okay for me to be here - I do not yet have a diagnosis of endometriosis, but strongly suspect that I have it. I have a diagnosis of crohn's disease that was given 16 years ago, and have long been told I have IBS in addition to that. It's only actually relatively recently that I heard what endo is, and looking into things, I grew concerned that my digestive issues may actually be bowel endometriosis masquerading as IBD and IBS.
