I am struggling to find the PDF, but I have heard there is an elimination diet some people with endo have found success with that's also used by people with IBS symptoms, at least at reducing digestive symptoms.
Have you tried it, or found anything else diet-wise that's helpful?
I can't exactly eat the BRAT diet (banana, rice, apples, toast) for two weeks out of the month, if you know what I mean.

It seems when I lay perfectly still for a minute or two, the pain is greatly reduced. As soon as I move, it begins to hurt worse again.
If I'm have a partically painful day, eating causes me a lot of pain about 5-30 minutes afterwards. If I'm have a normal day, I'll hurt just a little bit after I eat, but it's enough to be noticeable.
Does anyone else experience this or any other triggers?
Yes my stomach hurts after certain foods ESP chocolate (my fave) And sausages

I have recently been diagnosed with IBS alongside Endo , haven't really been told in detail what foods to avoid and food which help with the IBS . Can anyone help ? 😊
You have to find out what your triggers are. Mine are greasy foods, milk a couple of other things the point is find them out and avoid them. Yes I'll cheat but then I pay for it. Hope this helps.
Found some mentioned that endometriosis cause is actually related to insulin resistance.
Oh okay that's great thank you for that
Does changing your diet help with endometriosis? I've been considering trying that to help with pain control. What kind of foods should I avoid?
Avoiding dairy products and red meat helps me
I feel really hopeless. I used to be an athlete who would run 80 miles a week at 7 min/mile pace. Now I sleep half the day. The fatigue is debilitating. I have managed to keep running because that makes me feel better. But I can't stay awake half the day and I don't know what to do. I want to accomplish stuff and somebody soon hold down a job. My old job before the pandemic was very active, which helped me stay alert. I was also good at it. Should I try to follow in that direction? I… read more

For the past 6 months I’ve been having gallbladder pain attacks that are closely tied to my menstrual cycle—pain starts building first day of period and is very strong on day 2, followed by about a week of residual pain. It’s an intense cramping pain under right rib that radiates to my right shoulder and around to my right shoulder blade. All tests have been negative except for a few very small gallbladder polyps showing up on ultrasound and my HIDA scan being pretty high at 77% (I’ve had blood… read more
So sorry you also have this! ❤️
Looking for some guidance about dos and donts that can help to make pain less. What should I avoid? What should I eat more of?
Gluten. Red meat. Dairy. Sugar. High processed foods. Alcohol. Caffeine. Smoking. can all make endo worse 😞
I’ve tried anti-inflammatory eating but cannot avoid ice cream and biscuits because I love them. Not sure if that’s killing me!
